Bartender of the Month Shara Sawyer

Not only does she mix drinks for the masses, but Shara also doubles as the sheriff (manager) for this saloon keeping operations under control no matter how rowdy the cowboys want to get. Shara has worked her way up the ropes over the last twelve years of being in the bar industry and her hard work is now paying off behind the reins as bar manager.

Every Wednesday through Sunday, they offer authentic country-western atmosphere with a fantastic selection of cocktails, beer, music, and food to thousands of guests each week. Shara helps keep all those moving parts running like a thoroughbred and her staff knows they can always count on her for a smooth shift at work. Her team work attitude and attention to detail makes sure even the dust stays off this dance hall. Even though Shara is as tough as nails when it comes to business, her warm smile and Texas hospitality is softer than any suede saddlebag.
